PostSubject: coping a round key   Tue Oct 04, 2011 10:34 am

I bought a vending machine during the summer and it came with 1 round key but I want to get a copy of it. Where would be the best place to get a copy I am looking in to locksmiths around my place. Can Walmart make copes of them can some hardware stores make copes?

here is a photo of what they look like

hey, this is all i could find, it says order another from the machine makers company

Acquire a vending machine key:

If you have lost your key you can acquire a new one through the vending machine distributor through which the machine was originally purchased. A list of distributors can be found online. Contact the distributor and tell them that you need a replacement vending machine key. They will ask you to provide the model information and will ask you about a 4 digit number located on the tubular lock assembly. This number corresponds to the key configuration. The distributor will send you the key in the mail.
